Wax Poetic is a community-driven listening room and event space in Sebastopol, California, built around the idea that music deserves attention.

  • Located inside the lobby of a working theater, the space blends community, analog sound, thoughtful design, and intimate programming into an experience centered on presence and connection.

    • With limited capacity and a focus on intentional listening, Wax Poetic exists as both a neighborhood gathering space and a cultural refuge for people who value atmosphere, conversation, and the ritual of sharing music together.

  • Designed for small groups and meaningful experiences, the space offers a warm, analog atmosphere centered around music, conversation, and hospitality.
